Emmanuel Haro’s father pleads guilty to murder but the baby’s remains still are missing
The father of missing baby Emmanuel Haro has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
Jake Haro appeared in court on Thursday in California where he also pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm to a child, and filing a false report, a misdemeanor.
Both Haro and the baby’s mother Rebecca Haro, 41, are accused of having a hand in the death of Emmanuel, who was just 7 months old when he vanished in August.
