UPDATE: Arrest Made in Fatal Hit-and-Run Investigation in Visalia

Visalia, CA — June 13, 2025 — A major breakthrough has been made in the fatal hit-and-run case that claimed the life of a man earlier this week in Visalia. Authorities have arrested a suspect in connection to the tragic early morning collision that occurred on June 11, 2025.

The Incident

At approximately 4:00 a.m. on June 11, officers with the Visalia Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Noble Avenue and Vista Street after receiving reports of an unresponsive male lying in the roadway. Following his arrest, Hover was booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Detention Facility. He is currently facing charges including:
