Washington Man Arrested for Multiple Counts of Child Molesting Following Months-Long Investigation

DAVIESS COUNTY, IN – A deeply disturbing case has emerged in Washington, Indiana, where authorities have arrested 64-year-old Luis Torres on multiple felony charges related to the alleged molestation of a child.
