The incident took place on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at approximately 4:04 p.m., when Beaumont Police officers were dispatched to the 8000 block of Eastex Freeway following a report of a shooting. Emergency medical personnel responded quickly, and the victim was transported to a local hospital where he is currently listed in stable condition.
