Homicide Investigation Underway in Fresno Following Fatal Shooting of 31-Year-Old Benjamin Flores

Fresno, TX – June 24, 2025 — The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office (FBCSO) has launched an active homicide investigation following a tragic shooting that claimed the life of 31-year-old Benjamin Flores. The incident occurred late on the evening of June 10, 2025, at a location near 3503 FM 521 Road in Fresno, sending shockwaves through the community and prompting a call for public assistance in identifying the suspect.

At approximately 11:30 p.m., FBCSO deputies were dispatched to the scene in response to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered Flores suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
