Spread the News with People

CLARKSVILLE, TN — The Clarksville community is growing increasingly concerned as the search continues for 16-year-old Dorian McMiller, a local teenager who has been missing since mid-June. Authorities, family members, and friends are urgently asking the public for assistance in locating him, as each passing day deepens the uncertainty surrounding his disappearance.

Dorian was last seen on June 12, 2025, at his residence on Friar Drive in Clarksville. According to officials with the Clarksville Police Department, he last communicated with his father via phone on June 14, two days after he was last seen in person. During that call, Dorian did not disclose his location, and he has not returned home or made contact with family members since.

His unexplained absence and the lack of confirmed sightings in the weeks that followed have raised alarms, and the case has been formally escalated within local law enforcement.

Description of Dorian McMiller

Dorian is described as:

  • African American male
  • 16 years old
  • 5 feet 10 inches tall
  • Approximately 180 pounds
  • Black hair and brown eyes

At the time of his disappearance, it’s unknown what Dorian was wearing or whether he left his home with any belongings. Family members say this behavior is highly unusual, and they are deeply concerned for his well-being.

Family’s Plea and Community Response

Dorian’s family is devastated and pleading for answers. Loved ones describe him as a kind, respectful teen with a quiet demeanor. He enjoys music and spending time with close friends, but they say he would never go this long without checking in unless something was seriously wrong.

“This is every parent’s worst nightmare,” said one family member. “We just want to know that he’s okay. If you know where he is or if Dorian can hear this—we just want you home. You’re not in trouble. We love you and miss you terribly.”

The community has also rallied around the family, sharing Dorian’s photo and information widely on social media platforms in hopes of generating leads. Local churches and youth groups have joined efforts to distribute flyers and raise awareness.

Police Investigation and Request for Public Help

The Clarksville Police Department is actively investigating Dorian’s disappearance and has assigned Detective Hensley to the case. Officers are following leads, reviewing surveillance footage, and conducting interviews in an effort to determine where Dorian may have gone or who he may have been with.

At this time, foul play has not been confirmed, but investigators are not ruling anything out.

Law enforcement is urging the public to remain vigilant and report any possible sightings or relevant information.

If you have seen Dorian McMiller, know his whereabouts, or have any information that could help investigators, please do one of the following:

  • Call 911 immediately so an officer can check on his status.
  • Contact Detective Hensley with the Clarksville Police Department at (931) 648-0656, ext. 5356.

Help Bring Dorian Home

The days since Dorian was last seen have stretched into weeks, and every moment counts. Authorities stress that even the smallest detail—a brief sighting, a social media post, or a conversation—could be the key to bringing this young man home safely.

As the search continues, the community holds out hope that Dorian will be found and reunited with those who love him. Until then, the message remains loud and clear: Dorian, if you can see this—please come home. You are missed. You are loved. And there’s an entire community waiting for you.
