MULBERRY, Fla. – A devastating traffic accident on Tuesday evening tragically claimed the life of a 36-year-old woman from Fort Meade after a violent head-on collision with a semi-truck in rural Polk County. According to initial reports released by PCSO, the fatal crash occurred shortly after 8:00 p.m. on State Road 640, near the intersection with Watson Road.
