Her unwavering commitment to family and country led her to serve honorably in the United States Army, where she cultivated the discipline, courage, and leadership that would guide her throughout her life.

As a devoted mother, doting grandmother, loving sister, and loyal friend, Melinda brought light and joy to every room she entered.
