Lisbon, CT – On Sunday, June 29, 2025, at approximately 7:23 p.m., Connecticut State Police from Troop E – Montville responded to a series of 911 calls reporting a man behaving erratically on Kimball Road in Lisbon. According to initial reports, the man—later identified as Michael Grenier, age 36, of Enfield—was seen screaming at passing vehicles while walking in the roadway.
