A tragic drive-by shooting in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, left one teenager dead and two others injured on Sunday, July 20, 2025, around noon, according to the Ponchatoula Police Department. The incident occurred at Lakeside Circle, where officers responded to reports of gunfire and found three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. All were transported to North Oaks Medical Center for treatment.

The victims included 17-year-old Marvin Wells, who was pronounced dead at the hospital, a 17-year-old male, and a 59-year-old male. The surviving victims were treated for their injuries and are reported to be in stable condition.

Police have identified three suspects in connection with the shooting and have issued arrest warrants for each. The suspects are 18-year-old Julius Troyvon Glass Jr., 18-year-old Kera Wolbers, and 16-year-old Ray Delmer Carter. All three face multiple felony charges, including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, assault by drive-by shooting, aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, and aggravated second-degree battery.

Authorities believe the suspects were last seen fleeing the scene in a late-model black four-door Cadillac sedan. Their current whereabouts remain unknown. The Ponchatoula Police Department is actively seeking information from the public to locate Glass, Wolbers, and Carter.
