According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Dustin L. Wyckoff of Haskins was driving a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 pickup truck southwest on the Anthony Wayne Trail. At the same time, Zachary S. Lambert was traveling northeast on a Harley Davidson motorcycle. The two vehicles collided at the intersection, resulting in catastrophic consequences.
