According to a statement from Angelina County Sheriff Tom Selma, deputies responded to reports of a shooting on County Road 345 around 7:15 p.m. on Monday evening. Upon arrival, they discovered Jeffrey Arriola suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services pronounced him dead at the scene.
