Weigand & Sons, Inc. in downtown Wichita, where he served as Senior Vice President, Krumsick held top industry credentials including SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CRE (Counselor of Real Estate), and FRICS (Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
Over a remarkable career spanning more than four decades, Krumsick brokered and managed more than one billion dollars in real estate investment transactions, earning him recognition as a national leader in industrial and commercial brokerage. He lectured widely, delivering hundreds of speeches and seminars on real estate investment to organizations such as the SIOR, CCIM Institute, and the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives.
Krumsick was also deeply connected to his alma mater, Wichita State University, where he graduated in 1965. A former Shocker football co-captain, he remained involved with the university throughout his life, serving on the Alumni Association, the Athletic Association Booster Club, and as Real Estate Chair for the Department of Business Administration. In 2011, the WSU Center for Real Estate honored him with the Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his enduring impact on both the university and the industry.
Among his many accolades, Krumsick was recognized as SIOR Instructor of the Year in 1990 and received the Howell Watson Award for Distinguished Service to the SIOR, the Walter Morris Broker of the Year Award, and multiple Dollar Volume Transaction Awards.
